USER REGISTRATION 

1. Individual Users:
2. i. Individuals seeking volunteer opportunities in Stockport can register on the Website. 
3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. 

iii. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 

1. Organisational Users (VCFSEs):
2. i. Not-for-profit Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations can register to upload and manage volunteer opportunities. 
3. Organisations must ensure that volunteer opportunities meet the guidelines of volunteering and are not unpaid jobs. 

iii. Organisations must quality check their volunteer opportunities before uploading them to the Website. iv. For guidance on quality checking volunteer opportunities, organisations can contact Sector3’s Volunteer Hub lead. 

3. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
4. Quality and Safety:
5. i. Volunteer opportunities uploaded to the Website must be safe and in compliance with volunteering guidelines. 
6. All information provided must be correct at the time of publishing.
7. USE OF THE WEBSITE
8. Lawful Use:
9. i. Users agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Accuracy of Information:
11. i. Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. 
12. Stockport Volunteer Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
13. APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
14. Application Process:
15. i. Users may apply for volunteer opportunities listed on the Website. 
16. Stockport Volunteer Hub is not responsible for the selection of volunteers by VCFSE organisations.
17. Communication:
18. i. Users agree to receive communications related to their volunteer applications and account management.
19. TERMINATION

Stockport Volunteer Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Use. 

7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Stockport Volunteer Hub may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. 

8. DISCLAIMER

Stockport Volunteer Hub provides the Website on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information.
