How do I find volunteering opportunities in Stockport?

Do I need previous experience to volunteer?
Not at all! Volunteering is for everyone, whether you have no prior experience or you’re highly skilled; anyone can volunteer
How do I apply for a volunteer role?
To apply for a volunteer role, visit the Volunteer Opportunities page on our website. Once you have found a role you are interested in, press the Apply button. You will then be asked to either log in to an existing account or sign up. Once you sign in, the organisation that listed the role you applied for, will be notified and will contact you.
Who do I contact if I have a question regarding a volunteer role?
If you have a question regarding a specific volunteer role, we recommend getting in touch with the organisation listing the role. To do this, there is a button on each role listing ‘I have a question…’ Clicking this will give you the opportunity to ask an organisation a question!
