Role
We will give you all the training and support you need so you will develop your skills as part of our team. We also offer some lunch and travel costs, possible references for future employers and if you volunteer with us for over three months, you can support Oxfam at festivals like Glastonbury, Reading and Isle of Wight! We ask everyone to apply through our online portal, but if you can’t apply online, please visit the shop for a paper form or get in touch via email. After you apply the manager will ask you to come in for an initial chat. This is not an interview, just a chance to get an idea of what you'd like to do in the shop. Organisation description:
Oxfam is a global community of people who believe in a kinder, and radically better world. We believe we can overcome poverty by fighting the injustices and inequalities that fuel it. Our shops sell donated items to raise funds for Oxfam's work, as well as reducing waste by giving items a second life. Oxfam retail volunteers make a real impact every shift and help us work towards a world where everyone has the power to thrive not just survive.
