Right now, it feels like we're stuck in a mentality of 'somebody else will do it'. We don't agree. Because we're the people who do it. Whatever job needs doing, we do it. So far, we're tackling 3 current issues. 1. Pubs across the UK are struggling. 2. The homelessness crisis is still an issue across the nation. 3. People want to go on nights out but can't because of the cost of living. We need like-minded people who want to make a true impact. Our business can’t run without the community. We work with the community, for the community.

Kitchen Prep: Helping prepare our signature, slow-simmered broths before the event Line Cooks: Cooking and plating hot meals in the kitchen on event days We prefer you to have experience in the kitchen but it's not necessary. Instead, we value these qualities much more: - A positive attitude - Dedicated - Reliability - Hard-working

We operate a “buy-one-give-one” model: for every bowl of high-quality ramen we sell to the public, we donate another hot nutritious bowl to someone experiencing homelessness. To maximise our impact, we partner with independent local pubs on their quietest days, transforming their kitchens into lively pop-up ramen bars. This brings life back to struggling pubs, offers the community an affordable night out with a purpose, and funds meals for those who need them most.
