Greenspace/Social Group Volunteer

This role is to support a social group who during the warmer months participate in social therapeutic horticulture at an allotment based in Reddish.
Some knowledge of gardening is desirable but not essential. The main aim of the group is to support peoples welfare and recovery from mental health difficulties.

Role

To provide support each Tuesday from 12.00 till 3.00pm. You will work with 2 paid workers and compliment the support provided. You will support and promote service user involvement throughout the sessions that we provide.
