Organisation description:
At the heart of Stockport and the wider North West community sits Disability Stockport—a charity with warmth, purpose and a clear vision: to empower disabled and neuro-diverse adults, their families, and carers to live with dignity, choice and connection. Founded over 40 years ago, Disability Stockport provides person-centred, inclusive, and strength-based support, working with a wide range of disabilities and long-term conditions including autism, ADHD, acquired brain injury, sensory loss and more. We believe that what improves life for disabled people improves life for everybody—and they bring that belief into action each day.
