Door to door deliveries of the Stockport Post positive news community newspaper to homes in your street or area

REF: 682661f8a11d2

We are looking for volunteers to help with door to door deliveries of the Stockport Post community newspaper to homes in your street or local area of Stockport. We don't mind if you want to deliver just 10 papers to neighbours, or take more copies and deliver to more of your local area. We will deliver the copies of the Stockport Post newspaper to your home at the beginning of each month at your convenience. We would be grateful if the delivery door to door could take place before the middle of each month. We do not expect you to deliver the newspapers during poor weather conditions - either rainy, icy or too hot! If you need to take a break, are on holiday or you just can't deliver at any point then we will pause or cancel the arrangement.

Role

This volunteer role involves delivering copies of the free community newspaper, Stockport Post, to homes on your street or local area of Stockport. You will be able to bend to reach low letterboxes and manage to carry the weight of the newspapers safely while delivering. The newspapers will need to be delivered within the first two weeks of receiving the delivery to your home please. This is a monthly volunteer role, however if you need to take a break, have a holiday or can't deliver at any point then we will pause or cancel the arrangement.
