Role

Expression Concert Music Foundation CIC (ECMF) is looking for volunteers with photography, videography, or social media skills to help document the Stockport Multicultural Christmas Concert on 19 December at Stockroom, Stockport. Media volunteers will capture photos and video content on the day and may assist with live social media coverage. Ideal for anyone building a media/content portfolio or with an interest in event coverage. Own equipment (camera/phone) welcome but not essential.

Time commitment: Event day — 19 December at Stockroom, Merseyway Shopping Centre, Stockport. Volunteers should be available for a set-up briefing beforehand and to stay through to the end of the concert (Concert starts by 2pm and end by 4pm). Volunteers are to be at the venue by 12pm for set up and briefing. What to bring: Comfortable clothing/footwear (you'll be on your feet), and a phone for contact on the day. Media volunteers should bring their own equipment if they have it. Dress code: Smart-casual; ECMF may provide a volunteer badge or lanyard on the day. Training/briefing: All volunteers receive a short briefing before the event — no prior experience required. Age requirement: Open to volunteers aged 16+ (accompanied under-18s may be considered on request). DBS check: Not required for this role, as it doesn't involve unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable adults. Expenses: Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
