Coffee Shop Assistant

At Renewal North West, we really rely on volunteers to operate each branch of what we do and our volunteers, along with employees, are such a valuable part of the team that we have. As we are working to reduce long-term unemployment, we will often support our volunteers through various training programmes, where relevant to their roles, and have recently qualified our volunteers through PAT test, Food Hygiene and Electrical Installation training.

Role

For this role in particular, we are looking for a barista-trained individual with cafe experience, and someone who is comfortable being the first contact with the customers in our cafe, Refresh Coffee House, including serving on the till. The ideal candidate will need to be a good team worker who is able to use their initiative, and work well during busy periods. Though we are open weekdays and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm, we are not currently looking for any particular day and can be flexible for the right person. Multiple posts will be considered, 18+ years old.
