We are looking for a friendly volunteer who can meet and greet people who are coming to get support at our base in Stockport. You will be helping us to provide a welcoming atmosphere for people coming for counselling and other mental health and wellbeing support. As a Welcomer, you’ll be chatting with people as they arrive, making them a drink, and helping them to relax. There may also be light administrative tasks. The time commitment is flexible but must be during Beacon’s opening hours (Monday to Thursday from 9am to 9pm, and Friday from 9am to 5pm).
