Role
This role is a group leader role, which would be calling older people already assigned to the group a couple of days before Reengages activity session at Outside the box - board game cafe, Woodford Road Bramhall. If you would like to attend the monthly group yourself and chat with older people and enjoy free tea/coffee and cake you can! If some months you can't that's no problem, this is a very flexible role! The group meet once a month (3rd Wednesday of the month 12-2pm) This is a lovely role, suitable for someone who is comfortable on the phone and letting older people know when the next monthly session is.When:

Our aim is to bring generations together to reduce loneliness and social isolation amongst older people and bring generations together in friendship and shared experiences. Re-engage is one of the few charities solely committed to tackling the issue of loneliness and social isolation affecting people 75+ by helping them to re-engage through regular social contact through our tea parties, activity groups, call and rainbow call companions. We simply couldn't do what we do without the amazing support of our volunteers across the UK.
